This book was kindly donated to the Collection by Mr. Hubert Ross. The price quoted is our estimate of its value. This is a book published by the author himself, although he had published other books through well known publishers like Pen & Sword and The History Press. Fisher was a complex character and particularly his relationship, or possibly lack of, with Churchill was relevant to any study of the early part of the war. That being the case, Freeman, who was an experienced author, is entitled to have this book displayed in the Collection.
