Dr Stephen Sandford (British)

Sandford was a former government policy analyst. He was a qualified accountant. He had an MSc in Policy Analysis from the University of Ulster and a PhD in Modern British History from Queen's University, Belfast. He was a member of the WFA for over 30 years and was a Fellow of the Royal Historical Society.
