Dr John Akeroyd (British)

Akeroyd was a botanist, writer, and the Editor of the "Henry Williamson Society Journal". This was after he had held research positions at Trinity College, Dublin, and the University of Reading. He was the author of many books and other scripts on botany, although latterly his writing interests centred on farming, nature and countryside.
